A aimé Very nice site very clean and well kept large pitches with grass..dog friendly easy to to walk,cycle, or catch the bus to Robin Hoods bay Whitby and Scarborough will be going again highly recommend and a nice pub just 15 mins walk along the cycle path with good food

N'a pas aimé The pitch we had would have been very tight to get out of if it was full,but luckily some vehicles left early.

A aimé Quiet peaceful site.
We had pitch 1 which is set away from the other pitches which was good as we were worried in case our 2 little ones made noise.
Liked the text check in facility made things easier and we could go straight to our pitch.
No problems at all.
Clearly advertised that there are no shower or toilet facilities.

N'a pas aimé Quite a bit of road noise but to be expected when not far from main highway. Nothing an ear plus didn’t fix!

Great location within walking distance to both Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay, via the old rail track which is also a cycle track as well. There are two good pubs close to the site that have a kitchen, be aware that they have opening hours for lunch time service. Good transport links with a Bus stop just outside the campsite.
The site is well looked after and in good condition with views over to Whitby, and as stated clearly there are NO toilets on site. But water is close by and EUC is available and waste disposal of course. It is close to a road but noise in minimal and of course because of the location farming noise as well but again very minimal. This is an ideal site for those who wish to walk and cycle with lots of place to visit on the close by paths which means you don’t have to worry about traffic.
You get an information text from the site which is really helpful and give you all the information you need for your stay, but apart from that we had no more contact with the site owners which is not a bad thing

A aimé We enjoyed this pitch everything exactly as advertised we would certainly use this place again. Not far from Whitby but far enough to be away from the hustle n bussle, quiet and easy access. Great short stop over place.

A aimé Very easy to book, quiet evening though near main road. Water and grey/black disposal easy to access.

N'a pas aimé The pitch was on a slight slope but managed ok. Toilets would be an improvement. Rubbish dumpster was full.

A aimé Lovely site, easy booking. Beautiful views, bus near by to Whitby, Friendly text help if needed.

N'a pas aimé All the plant pots next to pitch numbers were broken or tatty and plants all dead ! Might be better not to have them, Otherwise nothing to dislike.
