Electric grass pitch
Liked Bar good
Very peaceful mid week (avoid weekends/bank holidays as gets very rowdy)
Great location for the museum
Disliked Cleanliness of toilets not great
Pitch wasn’t great as was positioned right in front of the kids play park. We do not have kids so this spoilt it a bit for us. The kids in question were swearing constantly so was not very relaxing.

Liked Very friendly welcome on arrival. Location given for van clear and very easy to find, near to facilities.
Everything spotless, and at the time of my visit, no problem with availability.
Close to Beamish. Museum, well worth a visit.
Only booked for a two nights stay, but could have happily stayed longer.
Disliked Not much to dislike:-
Wi-fi is free in the bar, but chargeable on site. Not a complaint but a comment.
