This campsite offers a fantastic location with direct beach access via steps, and many praise the friendly, helpful staff. Facilities, including toilets and showers, are frequently reported as clean and well-maintained, with some guests noting good water pressure and temperature. On-site food options like fish and chips are popular. Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked The staff were polite and friendly.
The grounds were kept nice.
Located beautifully and great for families.
Easy access to get to supermarkets and local sites.
Only half hour away from Great Yarmouth.
Disliked The stench that hit you for the whole weeks stay due to the sewage overload.
The toilets and showers whilst adequate, were not very clean (no fault of staff) due to people not wanting to clean up after themselves, faeces left in and around toilets, disabled toilets and showers being abused, taking their dogs in with them.
Dog faeces being left on the site, again not the staffs responsibility.
Whilst happy to have a 24hr laundrette, it has been abused greatly, I had to clean it before use, it was disgusting to say the least. The washing was wet when coming out, the tumble dryer had to go on twice to dry a simple load.

Very nice site, with some well…
Seaside non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Very nice site, with some well looked after facilities (the toilets and shower blocks were very clean and well maintained). The location of the non electric pitches were great with direct access to the beach and the food vans (including the fish and chips, breakfast van, coffee van and ice cream man) were again welcome additions!
Disliked We did have some neighbours our first night who clearly did not know their campsite etiquette and were very loud still into the early hours of the morning. But, that isn’t the site’s fault.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Very good friendly campsite. Very warm reception, good amenities, good chippy coffee bar, reasonable size pitch, good location. Can not fault the staff
Disliked Kids....... whilst most were well behaved, there was some disrespectful damage by a few little angels despite the hardworking staff which is a real shame
