Tyckte om The most relaxing few days away. Pitched on the seaside field and could pitch where we like, we were one of three on the whole field so it felt like we had it to ourselves! So quiet and right next to the beach. Stairs are steep to beach but nothing to be too worried about, we walked for miles along the coast with our doggies which was lovely. Great amenities, coffee on site just a few meters away and two food huts (not open Sunday-Tuesday while we were there). Showers and toilets as expected, clean, tidy, nothing special but does the job! Close to local shops with everything you need, groceries, B&m, Homebase etc and Lowestoft and other towns just 15 minutes drive away. Great base! Fire pits and bbqs allowed, check out 10am but due to quiet period could leave when we wanted to which was great. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be returning, thanks again :)

Tyckte om Lovely clean site, plenty of toilets and showers.
Even though it’s a big campsite it wasn’t noisy at all.
All the staff I talked to were very helpful.
Loved the access to the beach with the 91 stairs and the fantastic view out to sea

Tyckte om The peaceful and friendly nature of the site. Toilets usually clean and plentiful washing up facilities

Tyckte inte om Toilet/shower blocks were sometimes a bit scruffy. Could perhaps be checked more regularly. And take a few of the rules and regulations signs down.
Wouldn’t change us to a grass pitch from hard standing siting a fully booked site. But there were lots of empty pitches. Not very helpful attitude.

Tyckte inte om Random seasonId pitches with un kept units. We had 5 on our field not a good week holiday view.
Toilets run down and tiered.
Needed part for caravan wouldn't allow package to be delivered to site.
Grass was strimmed around pitches which shot grass allover car and caravan.
Dog poo bin full to overflowing and stunk.

Tyckte om We stayed in the seaside field and was spacious. We’ve been before and love the tranquillity of the site. If you require a quiet, close to the beach site, the Hollies is the one. The services are sufficient - my husband did say he webt to use the toilet a. Couple of times and they were closed for cleaning - this is only a positive!

Tyckte om Excellent facilities, very close to the beach, friendly staff, food trucks on site, adventure area for the kids, very close to supermarkets etc. Very good value for money.

Tyckte inte om Rules around off leash dogs and excessively loud music being played for multiple hours three evenings in a row were not enforced and it was unclear how to manage these issues. We had a young child with us and whilst ordinary noise like other kids playing chatting etc is totally fine, loud music was played three nights in a row until 10pm making it very hard to put our young child down to sleep.
