What customers say
This new, developing campsite offers excellent value with large, level pitches featuring water and electric hook-ups. Visitors praise the exceptionally clean toilets, friendly staff, and beautiful fishing lakes. While some noise from a nearby airfield is noted, many found the site quiet and peaceful. The absence of showers is mentioned, but a shower block is under construction. The site is considered a work in progress with great potential.

Great place
Electric grass and earth touring pitch
Liked The peace and quiet ( apart from the RAF jets) but enjoyed watching the free air show! The fishing lakes were beautiful and well kept. Toilets wers nice and clean. Just a shame that it was so hot and wasnt any shelter where our campervan was parked. But all in all, a lovely camp site and plenty of space where we were pitched. No showers but i understand the owners are adding some in the future which will be great
Disliked Nothing to dislike

Perfect for our needs, and excellent value for money
Non-electric grass and earth touring pitch
Liked Excellent value for money, good quiet site with plenty of space. Only stayed one night at the weekend, not sure how quiet it is during the week if planes are flying. More sites like this are needed in this country 😊
Disliked I suspect that due to the recent droughts, the ground is quite sparse and sandy with thistles and a few nettles trying to grow on the non electric area, it’s not a problem just an observation.

1 of the best stays in 3 years of travel Incredible £15/night in my T4
Non-electric grass and earth touring pitch
Liked One of the best campsites I've ever stayed in after a year and a half of travelling! Brilliant self-check-in, great phone signal, and exceptionally clean toilets considering they've only been open for six weeks. At just £15 a night, it is incredible value.
Disliked No showers yet, but I knew that beforehand, and the owners mentioned they are getting them fitted. Honestly, no real dislikes at all—loved staying here!
