What customers say
This is a very clean and well-maintained site with spacious pitches and excellent facilities, particularly the modern toilet and shower blocks. Visitors consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, the quality of food in the clubhouse, and the beautiful woodland walks available on-site. Its location is also highly regarded, offering easy access to Cromer and Overstrand. Some guests noted that many pitches are not level and may require ramps. While generally a peaceful site, a few guests experienced noise issues. Overall, most visitors would recommend and return to this campsite.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked On arrival we had been allocated pitch right by entrance and office, but when I asked if we could be moved to quieter area staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we were given a lovely spot further down the site. We were a bit taken aback at the size of the campsite - it was huge but it was surprisingly quiet. The facilities were excellent, very clean and well maintained. The grounds were nice, lots of grass and there was a beautiful walk. Would recommend and would return, though probably not during school holidays.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Lovely site with some nice walks. Pitches are large but you will need to level you caravan/motorhome. Showers and toilets clean, modern and the water was was warm. Staff friendly and very helpful. Food in restaurant was of good quality and tasty.
Disliked Finding it was a challenge. Not well sign posted and some approach roads quite challenging for any big units.
