Gostou Nice big pitches. Fairy walk was a bit run down but would be great with a little touch up.

Não gostou Pool was shut for refurbishment. No prior mention of this as booked months in advanced. Not communicated to us.
Play parks were rubbish the central one had 1 big kid swing 1 baby swing and a wooden boat to climb. Kids were bored after 5 minutes. The other play park by restaurant wasn't much better.
Cars driving very fast around site. Not stopped by a warden etc...
Lacking in that family feeling. No activities put on during the day over summer.
We left early after an incident that we could not ignore and to their credit the office team handled it very well.
We however felt extremely sadend by the fact that this site was advertised as one of the best around and it fell very far off that to us.
We would not go back. And would not reccomend.

Gostou Lovely site well maintained club house and grounds excellent ,great place to take your dogs as whole site is dog friendly .

Gostou Good location to the town and beach.

Não gostou We booked this site as a bit of a luxury treat and a chance to reset after travelling around in our campervan, so unfortunately it was quite a disappointing stay.

A few hours after making the booking and payment, we received a phone call to say there had been a glitch in the booking system and the fully serviced pitch we had booked wasn’t actually available. Mistakes happen, and we were happy to accept a grass pitch instead, but unfortunately when we arrived we found the grass pitches were all very sloping and positioned quite closely together. We had to ask to be moved and ended up changing pitches twice during our stay, which wasn’t exactly the relaxing experience we had hoped for.

For the price, we were also disappointed with the facilities. They felt quite dated, unclean and generally a little messy, we’ve stayed at much nicer sites for considerably less money. The phone signal was also very poor on both pitches we stayed on, and wasn’t able to reach the site’s free Wi-Fi, which was frustrating.

The site was also very busy with groups and families, with dogs barking and loud music continuing until quite late at night. It was during the summer holidays, so we appreciate that some noise is to be expected, but it did add to the feeling that this wasn’t the peaceful reset we had booked it for.

Overall, we felt the site was very expensive for what it offered and unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations. We’ve stayed at plenty of sites that offered a much better experience for considerably less.

Gostou Plenty of family things great customer service in shop and club house and reception ..bar prices were reasonable, the sun was shining...

Não gostou Didn't like that tents were mixed up with touring caravans and motorhomes ...most pitches on an incline .. asked for a quiet spot and was in the middle of a big family gathering in tents .. disappointed..wasn't for us
Won't be going again ... but absolutely great for families ...

Gostou Every thing shower an toilets were always clean the site is amazing bar and food were brilliant staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely return

Gostou Lovely welcome at reception from the two ladies. (They nearly tried to have me married off to another guest at check in LOL 🤣🤣)
Everything explained clearly about the park.
Pitch was a good size and in good order.
Plenty of areas to walk around with the dog.
Toilets and showers were clean and in good order.
Food was really nice with decent size portions.
Easy walk into Cromer.
Weather was excellent which was an added bonus.
Looking forward to returning soon.

Gostou Just got back from Forest Park caravan site at Cromer. Absolutely fabulous. They have everything you can think of. Every where was very clean and tidy. Ate at the restaurant a few times and was delicious. The staff were marvellous and couldn’t do enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Our motor mover decided to pack up just as we got the caravan off the car so I had to reverse it on. I hadn’t done it before but the manager was so very patient and told me everything to do so I could park it. He was amazing. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow but then again it always is in Norfolk. Definitely will go back again. In fact im looking at dates already.

Gostou The site was lovely, clean tidy with friendly helpful staff. Within walking distance of Cromer and overstrand for able bodied people. I was travelling with my disabled husband and a mobility scooter.

Não gostou This is not a dislike, just a recommendation to the site. I did speak to reception.
The grey waste needs to be looked into. Currently you have to empty it in the elsan point, which is up to steps and then lift into a unit that is probably just under a metre off the floor. Not practical. And then my second thing is wall chairs or little optional stools are needed for the showers. Again, it would make it easier for people with disabilities, older people, or even more abled bodied people to be able to dry and dress after the shower.

Gostou Tranquil site with the towns of Cromer and Overstrand within walking distance, lovely clubhouse with entertainment, facilities were clean
