What customers say
This well-cared-for site boasts a fantastic location with easy access to town and beach walks. Guests highlight the friendly and helpful staff, club house, swimming pool, and woodland walk. Facilities, including toilets and showers, are generally praised for cleanliness and warmth. Some guests experienced issues with Wi-Fi reliability, the slope of grass pitches, and limited waste/disabled facilities. There's a noted discrepancy regarding restaurant service availability.

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Beautifully clean and spacious site. Bar on site which was a bonus and a shop selling all the basics plus some treats. Will definately be back but probably out of high season as I imagine it gets very busy in the height of summer.
Disliked Just the dogs barking on the next door pitch!

Excellent site clean facilities reasonable pricing in bar and shop.
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Good sized pitch. Liked the privacy fence around the pitch. Hook up to electric and water easy and in good location to pitch. Good location nice walk across the beach or cliff tops in to Cromer.
Disliked Not a major but Push button shower could do with being on for slightly longer. I don’t have long hair but it ran out while washing.

Family friendly site in gorgeous woodland ♥️
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Gorgeous woodland site, so clean and tidy everywhere. Fairy walk was beautiful and my boys loved seeing all the animals. We had some brilliant walks exploring the woods and down to Overstrand beach. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Shop on site and lovely bar/restaurant. Playgrounds great for kids and park felt safe and quiet.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely visit again ♥️

A nice location but too busy to serve the customers correctly
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked The pitches were large and the facilities on park were good. There was a nice walk through the wooded area and the site was close to Cromer. There is a bus service not too far away. There is a small shop and bar available.
Disliked Our pitch was on a slope which we were informed about but, it was described as a ‘slight slope’. The slope was not slight, we had standard levelling blocks but these were inadequate for the incline. The toilet block was quite far away from our pitch and the nearest block was closed however, the toilets and shower were kept clean. The shop was well stocked but expensive and the bar is too small for the park, we couldn’t get a drink let alone a seat. We stood in the queue for 15/20 minutes but gave up as we had hardly moved. Because there is no dividing fence between the pitches and the park layout, people and children were walking through our space with no respect for our privacy.
