Me gustó Clean facilities, staff polite, pub food excellent and reasonably priced, no interference by staff when pitched, large site therefore not overcrowded and plenty of walks for the dogs.

Me gustó Showers clean tidy. Clubhouse nice. Food good.

No me gustó Lack of signs. Hard to find on country roads. Signs on site. States 3 walks available but could only find one. Unlevel pitches. Also stricter guidelines around dogs. States must be on leads at all times but we say 2 that were not. Not everyone is a dog lover

No me gustó Dog walking areas not sign posted very well, we struggled to find the route through the woods to Cromer and on the way back we ended up in the middle of a golf course 🤦‍♂️😂

Me gustó Grounds were maintained well, with very generous in size pitches.
The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating requests.
Lovely walks
Great food building.

No me gustó If I had to be picky, cars went more than 10mph and due to this moved pitch to a quite one, with less traffic as had young children wanting to cross this to access the park.
The drains in some showers were blocked, so when showering the basin would be overflowing. There water station for filling up was also backed up. However this said, the shower blocks were always very clean. Just didn't like the thought of my feet being in backed up water.

Me gustó The forest is amazing, saw loads of deer. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Showers are great.

Me gustó Very clean quiet site, lovely woodland walks and beautifully presented site. We asked if we could move pitches and there were plenty to chose from as it was out of school season and this wasn't a problem. At one point we were the only ones on our side of the field. Great for dog walking, even a small sealed safe area for letting your dog off and a hut to stand in if raining. Toilet facilities and washing up areas basic but ok, plenty of hot water in the shower.

Loved watching the deer been fed and the woodland walks with the wild pheasants and other birds. The viewing area was perfect with benches to sit on. We walked to the shop and the pub area on site which was lovely nicely decorated. The fairy gardens are lovely and a nice touch if you have children.

We never moved off the site and stayed for x2 nights so never walked to Cromer or Over Strand as we have an elderly dog - Overstrand not far to walk - maybe 15 minutes. We mainly used the woodland walks and this was perfect for us.



Would recommend this site. Staff friendly.

No me gustó Alot of the pitches are on a slight gradiant hence why we moved.

Middle section toilets/washing up area not in use so had to walk a distance to use toilet/washing up facilities but think this may be working progress.

Me gustó The pitch we were given was ideal, close to amenities, staff was helpful and welcoming, food was good although the portions were far too large.

No me gustó Not having a bus stop closer to the camp.
