What customers say

This spacious and well-maintained campsite offers excellent facilities, including clean toilets, showers, a playground, and a popular pizza barn and cafe. Visitors praised the freedom to choose pitches in a large, flat field and the beautiful surroundings. While most found the site peaceful, some noted occasional noise from nearby traffic and dog kennels. Minor points of improvement mentioned included a desire for more showers during peak times and clearer signage for certain amenities.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked Massive empty grass field area, empty apart from 2 other vans as using it for traveling to the NEC.
Nice toilets and showers.
Nice washing up area but outside lights didn't work and it was pitch black!

Disliked Outside lights by washing up area didn't work, plenty of PIRs so something not switched on ?
Shower drain very very slow, ended up spilling out the door!

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked Beautiful location , nice flat area for tents. Toilets and washing up facilities clean and quite smart in appearance.
Cafe and pizza barn are really lovely and friendly staff

Disliked No reception or staff available ( however I accept we camped out of the main season).
Walk to the toilet block is not direct particularly in the dark- a walkway through the play park would be really helpful.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked Lovely site, easy to access, good booking communication, great cafe and pizza barn. Facilities all purpose built and close to the pitches.

Disliked Not enough showers so a bit of a wait and although pretty new, not the cleanest although we were probably the last ones in, in the morning so had been used a lot!
Recycling bins would be good.

Local attractions

Feeling the spirit of the outdoors? Then, you have several options for outdoorsy days out. Umberslade Adventure (10 minutes' drive) is a family-friendly place with archery, zipwires, tree climbing and low ropes courses. While rowing boats will keep up some of the action in Stratford-upon-Avon (25 minutes), a more peaceful time might involve exploring Shakespeare’s Birthplace or catching a show at one of the three Shakespeare-inspired theatres. Cadbury World (30 minutes) in Birmingham will bring chocolate making into the mix. However, if it’s science you’re interested in, Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum (40 minutes) might be your first stop. There’s the West Midland Safari Park (45 minutes) too, for those who want to see some wildlife up close. When you fancy a visit to a historical place, Packwood House (15 minutes) is a local Tudor manor house, and Warwick Castle (25 minutes) has years of history and a knight’s village and turrets among other historic features.
