Good site with good facilities.
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Large open field close to facilities. The pizzas were very good. The washing up, toilets and shower facilities were excellent.
Disliked I struggled to find a water tap that I could fill up the water tank on the camper van.

Great site plus definitely try the pizza and morning cafe
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Great open field, plenty of room for everyone. The pizza restaurant was amazing. Food is top class and the atmosphere was great kids playing, music on and drinks from the bar.
Disliked Unclear if there are showers available but for short stay wasn't a problem but one thing that would help is no accessible bins for when your cleaning up at the end of your stay

Great site, quiet for a bank…
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Great site, quiet for a bank holiday and great for young kids. Has a play area, lots of animals and the train passing by was a bonus. Coffee and pizza onsite.
Disliked No showers (but that was known beforehand)

Fantastic campsite. Kept a 12 year old and 7 year old entertained.
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely big field, clean facilities and cafe and pizza barn are very usual to have on site.
Disliked Lack of animals. Area by the pigs is looking overgrown and the playground tired. Although the children still loved it.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked We loved the spacious pitch and the clean facilities with toilets showers and sinks.
Disliked There was a hole in the grass by the path which was not visible wirh a metal flap next to it, we had lots of young children with us and this caused lots of injuries, it wouldn’t be difficult to point this out or cover it over. There were also some parts of the playground that were broken which was a shame.

Fab!
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Awesome to have such a beauty spot near home…I’ll be a regular to take my diesel camper for time away from my 4 walls. Lots of green space, gorgeous view of rolling yellow hills, sunrise and sunset. Awesome pizza barn, clean facilities. Great staff including: Jane lovely to meet you and support with bench lifting on the stairs.
Disliked Nothing - was perfect for my stay

What customers say
This spacious campsite offers a peaceful, natural setting with excellent, clean toilet and shower facilities. Campers appreciate the freedom to choose their pitch in large, flat fields, and on-site amenities like the popular cafe and pizza barn are highly praised. The playground is a hit with children. While some visitors noted noise from a nearby doggy daycare and occasional queues for food, the overall experience is very positive, with many recommending it and planning return visits.

Flat and open area with plenty…
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Flat and open area with plenty of space, toilet facilities were good, although it appeared that nobody had checked them after the play barn had closed and they were lacking in toilet roll along with a lack of cleanliness.
Handy for NEC
Disliked Searched high and low but couldn't find the showers, perhaps a couple of extra signs or something else like that
