Liked The site it's self is lovely enjoyed staying

Disliked Ther was an incident where a site worker/resident was literally on my bumper coming round the site to come out ther is a 10mph speed limit which i was doing but this person didn't really care he proceeded to try and over take me within the site wher ther are kids running around and I had my 9 month old daughter in the van then on the way out he got under the barrier as i was coming out and was still on my bumper i reported this to the young lady on the gate to which i still haven't received a phone call or did a manager or security come to wher my caravan to talk about this there are site rules which need to be held to and they haven't really upset by the lack of communication at this point that person could of hit a child or an elderly person with the manner of his driving to say the least this is upsetting

Liked We loved the tribe den and the activities, friendly staff. i have to say the staff in the venue restaurant are great. They nonstop work despite the fact it looked like they were short staffed at the weekends. Also cannot fault the food in the venue, it has been great.

Disliked The toilet blocks need some attention/cleaniness. Also the swimming pool changing rooms need to monitored throughout the day. The cleanliness needs improvement.
Also the food ordering system machine wasn't working and it did put pressure on the staff in the venue. If something is not working they need to put out of order signs on.
Also displaying opening times on your buildings the venue and the activity den.
It tells you completely different times online!!

Liked We don’t normally use large family sites, this was an exception because of its proximity to Santa Pod (approx 30mins)
Good level pitch, plenty of toilets and showers and water was hot. Although unsure if there would be enough if the site was full.
Well stocked shop.

Disliked This site is not geared up for motorhomes, there is no where to fill up or empty water without blocking the main roads around the site. We were given no info on arrival ie. Water points elsan disposal, speed limit or quiet times - which on a site this size need to be reinforced. I did receive a link on a text message.
The toilet block was clean on Friday when we arrived but by Sunday morning it was filthy!
The pitch sizes weren’t adequate our neighbours car was inches from our motorhome!
Speed limits were not adhered to in fact the security cars were the worst offenders.
Not the fault of the site but there is nothing nearby to walk to other than a pub and Greggs.
Probably a great site if you have children, as soon as it stopped raining they were everywhere.
I’m not sure that there is adequate security on site, visitors to the aquadome can freely walk / drive onto the site.
There is no lighting on the camping fields, it was very dark and no pavements or pathways.

We’re pleased to hear you found your pitch level, enjoyed the hot showers and found our on-site shop well stocked.

We’re sorry that other aspects of your stay didn’t quite meet your expectations. Billing Aquadrome is a large and busy park, particularly during family holiday periods, and our teams work hard throughout the day to keep our facilities clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. Unfortunately, communal facilities can sometimes be left in a condition we wouldn’t expect between checks, which is just as frustrating for our teams, who will always work to put things right as quickly as possible.

For future reference, we do have water points located around our touring areas for guests to use throughout their stay. We also send guests information before arrival, including our Touch Stay digital guide, which contains lots of useful information about the park, facilities and your stay. We appreciate, however, that important information needs to be as easy as possible to find.

We take safety around the park seriously too, with speed limit signage in place, Security Teams operating across the park and ANPR at our vehicle barriers. We’ll certainly take your comments on board as we’re always looking at ways we can improve the experience for our guests.

We’re also lucky to have some lovely walking routes to explore around the local area, while a large shopping centre is approximately 10 minutes away by car and the local train station around 15 minutes away.

Liked Plenty to do, lots of toilets and showers. Very helpful and friendly staff

Disliked Very little lighting in the touring area. The foot paths are useless, they hold water and definitely not wide enough, the road is very busy near the venue so walking on the road isnt really an option. Wifi isnt an option for the touring site.
