From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed our location and service, but very sorry to hear about the condition of the toilets. Our facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day. We always ask our guests to report any immediate cleanliness issues to our team on-site so we can clean them up straight away. We will look into this immediately to ensure our high standards are maintained.
Nice in summer when the land is dry. Unfriendly bar. No food.

As your stay was during January, the winter elements unfortunately mean the grass can get a bit mucky underfoot, though as you noted, the ground dries out beautifully for the summer season.
Regarding the swimming pool, we want to ensure our local community and families can enjoy the facilities alongside our touring guests. However, we do monitor pool capacity closely and will keep your feedback in mind to ensure a relaxing balance for everyone during after-school hours.

Disliked But very untidy site. Rubbish left all over, desperately needs a full time maintenance person. Toilet block cold and dirty. Barmaid with black hair not very friendly when a customer complained about cold coffee.

It is disgraceful and the most disgusting site that I have been on. We booked in walked the facilities and left.I would not place a homeless person here.

Disliked Hard standing pitches not wide enough and not level. Stepped out of our motorhome onto grass/ mud. Run out of fish & chips at 6pm on Friday evening when earlier they said they had plenty. Toilet block a disgrace, needs a good deep clean. Very disappointing site, will not be back.
