Very enjoyable stay
Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked A peaceful and secluded site in the countryside with large pitches. Fabulous toilet block and washing up area with hot water. Liked that there were no dogs due to nearby farm animals. Owner very friendly and left us some apples from their trees. No shops nearby so make sure you have provisions.
Disliked Nothing apart from poor phone signal.

Excellent well kept site in a great location with excellent facilities
Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Beautiful site in a peaceful location, extremely well kept, secure and welcoming with great, clean facilities and some farm animals. Great sized, flat pitches with electric, water and drainage in good positions to caravan and the pitches are nice and private with hedges each side.
Facilities are only a short walk from the pitches and they are kept immaculate and warm with showers, toilets, washing up sinks, chemical waste disposal and rubbish disposal and all available 24hrs. Good level of phone signal at our pitch too and this has got to be one of the best sites we have been too.
The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and there were free apples and apple juice available to buy which both tasted delicious and made us want to buy a red falstaff apple tree 😋
Site is in a good location with alot of activities nearby or within an hours drive with local restaurants and shops not far away, also situated in a nice little village which I ran around a few times during our stay.
Slightly narrow road to get to the site but with plenty of passing places if needed, we met some tractors on our way to the site but easily backed up into an entrance while they passed.
Disliked Not so much a dislike but just so others are aware to bring a torch as there is no lighting on site except for around the facilities. This wasn't an issue and it made the site more peaceful and you could see the stars clearly with no light pollution.

#2 shepherd's hut (family)
Liked This site is so clean and well laid out with many thoughtful extras. Our shepherds hut was immaculate, cosy and good value. The owner even braved driving rain and gales of Storm Amy to drop off our water bottle and welcome us.
It was our first stay at a dog free site and it was great not to have to worry about the kids treading in anything unpleasant or nuisance dogs barking at night .Not something I have considered before when booking, but we found that we really liked that policy.
We will definitely book again and explore the area more. Thankyou for a great break.
Disliked Nothing to dislike at all.

Liked Tidy site and all the facilities you need.
Soak away area on pitch is handy. Also own tap on pitch.
Walked to the river Severn 20 mins or so. Plus, Severn Cider nearby.
Disliked Although not a big problem for me, there was no free wifi.
