Liked: Rural and beautiful location
Quiet site
Hot water
Individual bathrooms you can clean your teeth in
Availability of BBQ
Disliked: Pitched on a slope but that was my ignorance- plenty of flatter areas I could have chosen!

From the manager: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the peaceful rural setting, the hot water, and the individual bathrooms—it’s great to hear those little comforts made a difference.
Thank you for your honest note about the pitch. One of the things we like to offer is the flexibility for guests to choose their own spot, so it’s good to know you’ll be aiming for one of the flatter areas next time. We’re always happy to help recommend a pitch too if you’d like a hand on arrival.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to welcome you back to Pebbly Barn Farm again soon!

Liked: Very warm and friendly welcome.
Clean and tidy.
We could park where ever we wanted.
Disliked: Nothing to really dislike but for us the site itself lacked any character, very large, flat grassed field, no bushes, no trees.
Some people would love that.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the warm welcome, the cleanliness of the site, and the freedom to park wherever suited you best—allowing guests to choose their own pitch is something we’re happy to offer, so you can find the spot that feels just right.
We appreciate your honest feedback about the field itself. You’re absolutely right—it’s a large, flat, open space, which many of our guests appreciate for its simplicity, peace, and uninterrupted views. While the camping field is purposefully kept open and accessible, we’re lucky to be surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, full of trees, hedgerows, and wildlife just beyond the pitch area and still on property.
Thanks again for staying with us—hopefully we’ll see you again for more rural relaxation!

Liked: The campsite was fabulous. A very warm & helpful welcome on arrival. The site was simple but had everything we needed - the toilets and washing facilities were spotless.
We enjoyed on the on site walk for an evening stroll and a bike ride on quiet lanes to a local the pub. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Such a big, beautiful field with lovely dog walking opportunities. I could park anywhere which was amazing and meant there was plenty of space for everyone. The facilities were ideal; clean toilets, fresh water, recycling and regular bins and black waste. A very well organised and friendly welcome, followed by a peaceful and relaxing stay.
No wifi but decent phone signal on Vodafone.
The walk into town is a bit protracted due to building work on the outskirts. There is a footpath through fields but currently has cows, calves and bulls grazing. You can also get the 801 bus to Moreton/Stow/Bourton/Cheltenham/Chipping Norton from the Four Shire Stone on the A44 which is an easy 15 min walk.
Can’t wait to go back, a great spot for r&r and the dog didn’t want to leave either.
Disliked: Not the sites fault, but with so much space available, it would be good if people hiring fire pits were a bit more considerate of those down wind from them.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the open space, peaceful atmosphere, and our clean, well-organised facilities. It’s lovely to know both you and your dog felt so relaxed and welcome—sounds like you made the most of the surrounding fields on property.
We really appreciate you sharing tips about local walks and transport options—that’s incredibly helpful for future guests. And thank you as well for your feedback about the fire pits. While we do encourage guests to be mindful of others, we’ll continue to remind everyone to consider wind direction and spacing when using them to help keep the experience pleasant for all.
We’re so glad you’re planning to return and look forward to welcoming you—and your four-legged friend.
All good would recommend.

plenty of space for pitches.
wood and fire pit available £10 for logs and £5 for hire of fire pit.
