Liked Second time we've had an overnight at this site. We enjoyed our stay. Pub is interesting and has a friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly. No showers as stated in the site description but all other usual services were available. Peaceful nights sleep. 7m moho.

Liked Great flat pitch with EHU. Had a Picnic Bench with a Parasol. Pub toilets open 24 hrs. A great stopover.

Liked Lovely pub and very quiet tranquil setting. Toilet facilities very clean and well maintained.
Landlady Sue is very helpful and friendly. Despite the late hour, she guided us on a detour route to the pub when we found the main road closed.
We will definitely be back.

Liked A real gem of a site! We loved staying here. The small site is in a lovely village with good access from the M1, it is well maintained, and you have 24 hour access to the pub toilets. The pitches are a good size and you have your own grass area with picnic table and umbrella.

Sue was very welcoming and the pub had a great selection of drinks and the food looked great (you have to order in advance) we enjoyed spending time in the pub with the friendly locals.

Ken Moon is the resident Harris Hawk and sits on his perch on the site. We hope to come back and see him fly!
We will definitely return.

Liked Sue the owner was very pleasant and thoughtful.
Toilets clean and tidy even at the end of the day.
The food was really good quality and a very good price
I have put 8 on the rating for facilities due to the fact that there are no showering facilities, this is not a complaint, the brochure stated clearly that there were no showers which we fully excepted
