What customers say
This small campsite, located behind a friendly pub, is praised for its excellent location for hikes and its delicious, home-cooked food. Staff are consistently described as very friendly and helpful. Facilities, including toilets and showers in a static caravan, are generally considered clean and adequate, with a well-stocked honesty shop also a popular feature. While some guests noted road noise, this did not significantly detract from their enjoyable stays. The site is highly recommended and many guests expressed a desire to return.

Excellent site, friendly welcoming Landlady and staff.
Non-electric hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked Everything was great. We parked up on a plot of grass situated at the back of the pub car park and off the main road, we had a very quiet night. There was a honesty hut full of local produce, milk etc & it had a microwave.
The pub has a lovely homely atmosphere great food and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The landlady herself was very welcoming and it was great to hear about the history of the pub.
