This is a peaceful, well-maintained campsite offering spacious, level pitches with beautiful countryside views. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the quiet atmosphere, and the surrounding farm animals. Facilities are described as basic but clean and adequate for many visitors. While some note the limited number of shower and toilet facilities, and occasional lack of hot water, many find the site to be good value and recommend it for a relaxing rural break. It was the only place open…
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked It was the only place open this time of year. It was nice and quiet. We had a great pitch except for the snow that came along. The farmer had to pull us out to get going. He was absolutely fantastic. Would stop here again.
Disliked The water was frozen so couldn’t use the loo or the shower. That could have been due to the minus temperatures we had.

Fine for one night basic facilities, just could do with a tidy up
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Nice quiet, easy communication prior to arrival and choose your own pitch
Disliked Toilets are very basic which is fine but no need to be dirty and grubby as well. Shower was grubby yet site was near empty so clearly not from a lot of use that day. Silicone is all mouldy which is an easy fix to tidy up.
