Liked Very easy to get too. Very friendly owner. Just turn up, open the gate and find a pitch that's free. Shower and toilets were very clean with lots of bins to sort your rubbish. Grass was cut and hard standing was clean. Stayed for 2 nights, 1 at the start of our trip and then on the way back home.

Disliked Could do with some lights on the grass pitch.

Liked Good clean shower and toilets. Easy to get to. Nice view out over the river.

Disliked Only found the bins on the way out. No bins in the field that we were in.

Liked Good location on the Lake. Quite site with approx 21 pitches. We stayed in our campervan at the top of the site looking out over-the-counter lake. Food in the Golden Lion Inn was great. Sunday Roast is a must. Very friendly and happy to help you. Brilliant WiFi signal.

Disliked Only 2 showers and 2 toilets, of which 1 went out of order, but was soon repaired. No lights when walking from your pitch to the toilet/shower area. So take a torch with you. Both the showers and the toilets could do with modernising, looking tiered now. But I do believe the land lady has only taken it over in May 2024, so will probably look into it. Paid for our dog, at £3 night. But no dog poo bins, no dog walking area and no were to wash the dog after a walk. So paid for nothing. Over sites in Cornwall have facilities for dog owners.

Liked Lovely little site. Very clean site, clean toilets and shower block. We where the only ones in our field, so nice and quiet. Very friendly staff from signing in down to the ground staff. Easy 15min walk down to Marizan.

Disliked We could not get any wifi where we were pitched. Both mobile phones and the smart tv could not pick it up.

Liked We liked the location of the site, as its 5 min from the M5. Easy walking distance to shops and bus stop. Really clean and quiet 🤫. We will be booking again soon for a little weekend break.

Liked We did have a nice pitch on the top field. Very quiet and only 1min walk from the shower block. Good location to see north Cornwall.

Disliked Ground was very uneven in places. Swimming pool was small and only aloud 33 people at a time. Cost of food was high.

Liked Clean tidy. The shower shed was lovely and hot. Easy to get too, the staff were great too. I must say the icecream was 10 out of 10.

Disliked Could do with a couple more toilet's there.
