Liked Spacious pitches, you didnt feel on top of anyone. Park was adequate. National trust near by was lovely day out. Lots of pre arrival information which was super informative.

Disliked Bit of a trek to the toilets with little ones. Lack of response when you email the campsite. Still waiting on a firepit refund and not had any response on 2 emails chasing this up.

Liked Space was generous. Toilet / shower facilities were generally always clean. Shower was really well sized. Play field was huge! Lovely woodland walk on the edge of the field which is great for shade or a run around. Play park was well maintained and kept the 7&3 yr olds happy for a long time. You aren't sitting on your neighbours tent with the 6m rule which is really nice. Staff were really lovely and informative about the area and gave lots of information. Always someone checking on the site which was comforting to see. Free wifi! Zoo on your doorstep!

Disliked Nothing about the campsite. The animals are fairly loud (mostly the birds and monkey's) in the evening when it goes dark but expected given the location.

Liked Spacious, could being Garden games e.g badminton. Security on the toilets to access with fob. Family shower room. Park was ample. Shop had ample supplies, staff were friendly.

Disliked Shower wasn't brilliant. Sprays outwards not on you. Our neighbours were extremely loud all day and night but once they left was a well rounded campsite. Not the campsite fault.

Liked We loved staying here. You had access to all the play activities when the park was closed so soft play was endless fun. I loved that all the activities were under covers so if it rained the fun didn't stop. It was fully inclusive for all. Would recommend for babies - 8 years old children. The knights activity in the woodland walk was so much fun and so well thought out for the children. Facilities well kept and hot showers. Short walk to your car. Life made easy here. Electric hook up provided for you also. Added bonus. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. 15/16 pitches with ample middle space for play and games. BBQ bases.
