Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Absolutely everything, so peaceful, decent sized pitches, the honesty shop was well used by my kids daily for an ice lolly, good location to alot of places and beaches.
Host was really accommodating, toilet facilities really clean and shower we're clean and hot just perfect, we will return 👌

Electric grass tent pitch
Liked Great location, clean facilities, loved that the kids all played in the middle didnt take long for them to make friends. Great stay for us all in all. Everyone very friendly. Added bones breakfast was available. Will return. Elecric pitches were flat and well maintained and plentry of room.
Disliked It was still loud at midnight but everyone was having a good time just difficult when with kids but not a problem if kids are late sleepers. Water points could do to be signposted better but asked at the office and pointed out.

Camping pod (no pets)
Liked Pods we're clean and tidy, so we're the toilet and shower. Small and friendly site, animal park on the door step, peacocks roaming around. Just down the road from the beach. Could fault it will be booking again!
Disliked Could do with a small play area for kids or somewhere for them to kick a ball around, although there are small little huts by the cafe for them to play in but they were slightly run down but again not a big issue just a suggestion

Birdsong lodge (six person)
Liked Loved everything about this place. Lovely little hideaway, peaceful location, cabin was clean and very well equipped! Owners were lovely and very helpful will definitely be returning!
Disliked Nothing, the only thing that was missing was a little bit of a play area for kids but wasn't an issue at all and a cheese grater 😃 or just buy grated cheese 🤣

Electric grass pitch
Liked the views were lovely, very small site with a play park for the kids to burn off steam, showers were warm and had a hair dryer in the toilets. toilets were clean. a good torch is required though as it is a bit of a walk to the toilets and the path is not lit. situated in a lovely spot for walking/ hiking and short drive to bigger towns. will definatly go back. the pool wasnt open when we were there but in the summer months with the pool the pool looks fab! might book for summer!
Disliked we went for easter holidays and found that it was a bit water logged (1 caravan had to be pulled out next to us) this cant be helped as it had been particularly wet over the previous weeks to our arrival. i deleted my email and didnt realise and could not get in touch with anyone as this is a volunteer run site so make sure you check your confirmation and write down the code for the toilet block and dont make my mistake! this was my error and not the sites though just a heads up!
