Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Very quiet site even though it backs onto a pub.
Very large pitches
Very hot and spacious showers
Friendly bar tender
Disliked Kitchen / honesty shop / washing up area was a bit grubby but probably just needed a end of season deep clean
Quite a few tall weeds in the hardstanding areas
Brambles could do with cutting back to make accessing water and electrics easier on those pitches

Electric optional grass campervan pitch (no awning)
Liked The view and proximity to the beach.
Disliked Bins and tonn sacks full of weeds, which once upon a time, may have been plants/ flowers? These are not a premium price pitch kind of decor in my opinion.
I recommend these bins are updated to wooden or ceramic planters to give a more cared for vibe.
The pitches are very small feeling like you are on top of your neighbour and are not clearly marked out. We went out for the day and came back to someone in our pitch so had to have an awkward conversation - only to find the owner had specifically located them there and even reversed them in!
Fortunately the couple were lovely humans and we ended up putting ourselves next to them instead of everyone moving - the owner was completely oblivious we had moved pitches.
I recommend the owner invests in some way to mark out pitches better and also track what pitches they have already allocated out as their current system does not work.
Unfortunately, on a walk around the site we picked up several pieces of glass, nails and tent pegs which would have easily punctured tires.
I recommend the owners walk around the site a minium of once a day to identify and remove hazards.
The shower and toilet facilities were in a word grim. They are inadequate, dirty, smelly and in need of significant upgrading and regular cleaning. We were fortunate to have a shower and toilet in our camper so had no requirements to use them reading other people's horror stories in the reviews im quite glad we didnt use them.
I recommend the owners significantly refurbish their bathroom facilities so that they are modern, clean and adequate for the site.
The premium price they are seeking for this woeful site is clearly because of its proximity to the beach sadly they are clearly not re-investing this back into the site to maintain it.
The site is a premium price (£60 a night with electric) for relatively poor and dirty facilities.
We have stayed on a variety of campsites with a variety of price tags - this was the most expensive and worst we have ever stayed on.
I have previously stayed on fully electric large pitches with excellent clean and working facilities for just £20 a night which, at that price, would allow a level of forgiveness for more rudimentary facilities.
I recommend the owner reviews their prices and aligns them with their current site offerings or updates the site significantly to actually reflect the premium price.

Liked Clean, quiet very tidy.
Loved the little dedicated dog walking area.
Its great to stay on adult only sites and have slow quiet mornings getting ready for our day.
Disliked Shower could be a bit bigger given the space it has in the room but it was clean and hot.

Pine Views fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (small)
Liked Nice site, plenty of bins, decent sized pitches which are nicely laid out, generally respectful guests who followed the rules, good information provided.
I would come back and stay for sure!
Disliked Toilet blocks were ok and generally clean probably not enough for the size of the site so at points there were queues.
