Liked Stunning location with excellent clean and warm facilities. This campsite is perfect for people who love the outdoors and mountains. We went in late September and were blessed with calm and clear skies. Temp got down to just above zero one night giving crispy, zingy air. But the shower/wash facilities are exceptionally clean and well heated with a large area for hanging out and warming up in, so great even if you’re in a tent. Lots were. Also, there is a small but lovely bar with an outside area giving a great view of the surrounding mountains. Open for breakfast and snacks until 7pm. We will definitely be back here.

Disliked We were emailed in advance telling us reception was closed for our arrival and giving us full details of how to get in and where our pitch was. All good until we got there when we were challenged by a suspicious member of staff checking our booking and wanting to see our passports. So not a great first impression but the rest of the stay made up for it.
