Liked Lovely site with great clean facilities, hot showers and a lovely area to do laundry/ wash up. Arrived stressed due to a broken part on our tow bar and Mark went above and beyond to help us source a new part

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. The facilities are primarily provided to support our activity centre, which is clearly stated in our site information. At the time of your stay, the main shower block was closed for essential maintenance, as explained at check-in. An alternative shower and toilet block was available and was clearly pointed out to you on arrival. Regarding the restaurant, you arrived after it had closed for the day. It reopened at 9:30am the following morning, before you would have left your pitch.
