All-weather electric hardstanding pitch
Liked Staff are amazing, Rob was great and made us feel at ease from the start, this is so important when going to a new campsite for the first time.
Spotless facilities, fantastic pool, quiet site, lovely friendly community on the site, beautiful surroundings, a Starbucks within a five minute walk, lovely to see chickens roaming free, laundry room was always clean and free of clutter.
Must also say the WiFi was excellent on the site

Woodbury Salterton, Devon, England
Electric hardstanding and grass pitch (plus)
Liked Small site, nice 10 minute walk to the local pub. Fantastic slip and slide play area and farm shop only 10 minutes drive
Disliked No internet service and the WiFi is so poor you can’t work, watch anything or look up anything as it keeps dropping out
The horrible smell of the cow’s. I have lived near farms, but this is impossible to have a window open or enjoy a meal outside
The road is the other side of the hedge so you get woken up at about 3am from the noise
One ladies toilet and one disabled toilet, 2 men’s cubicles, no urinal. Needs an upgrade
Very pricey for what it is

From the manager: Thank you for your review. Whilst we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit we feel it is important to address your points. Our wifi is basic but we make no additional charge for this and are always willing to address issues when asked whilst guests are on site. We cannot apologise for a working farm having the aroma of one. We have one row of pitches separated from an unclassified road by a well established hedge . Your description of our facilities is inaccurate there are 5 toilets and 4 showers on site all well maintained and kept clean. No upgrade to make the facilities more aesthetically pleasing is planned at this stage . Our prices are in line with other similar sites in this area.
Newquay, Cornwall, England
Electric hardstanding and grass pitch (premium)
Liked It’s cheap
Plenty to keep you amused.
Shop is well stocked and the fish & chip shop on site is great
Disliked Lots of permanent caravans it a bit of a state you have to walk past. Showers/toilets dirty.
No security walking about. Seen teenage scrotes breaking equipment and getting into buildings that are fenced off

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear you found the toilets/showers dirty these are usually cleaned regularly, I hope reception were made aware so they could of resolved this. We do have security patrolling throughout the afternoon and evening. We do have some seasonal pitches on site, which we have started to do monthly checks to make sure they are keeping their pitches tidy and presentable. Thanks again for your feedback, we hope to see you again.
Tebay, Cumbria, England
Non-electric grass campervan or tent pitch
Liked Romantic, relaxing, remote and stunning scenery. No noise or light pollution, just sheep and a visiting few farm ducks. One called Richard
Disliked 2 miles of very rugged lane to get to it

From the manager: We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and we really love your photo of Richard! The track is 1/2 mile tarmac to start (which is in terrible condition.. I am madly chasing the council!) and then 1 mile of rough bridleway track to the site. :-D
