Gostou All the facilities were great plenty of camp soace, theres loads to do for really reasonable prices, people are very considerate and arent loud through the night and the food was very good too

Gostou A great place for a weekend with kids, with plenty of attractions and plenty of space. Clean restrooms, and peace and quiet after 10 PM. Two graywater dumps and three or four for chemical disposal, plus multiple drinking water intakes. Reasonable prices.

Our park shop is usually fully stocked with everything you could want maybe you came just before a delivery, but we promise it’s normally brimming with goodies! As for prices, we work hard to keep them reasonable for everyone, and our touring area is set up to make your stay as smooth as possible.

I had to park up and spend 40mins to find our pitch - we were not the only ones
When found our pitch someone else was parked on it
Found another pitch but turned out to be thorough fare access to a bridge with multiple walking through our pitch …not relaxing at all
Bins were over flowing with rubbish and broken glass mixed in with the hard standing gravel
Place was disgrace for money charged …much better out there for fraction of the cost

Do gerente: Thank you for your feedback! I’m genuinely surprised to read this, as our touring teams are always on hand to guide guests to their correct pitch it sounds like we missed the mark for you this time, and I do apologise.

We’ve just added more bins across the park to make it super easy for everyone to put litter in the right place, and our teams do challenge anyone we see leaving mess on the floor that’s definitely not where it belongs!

We work hard to ensure our prices are low for everyone, so I don’t think you’d get as much as you do at our park at such a low price. We’re so glad you found the park great for children, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a smoother, more relaxing stay.

Maybe next time we can get a 10!!

We love that the little ones had a blast (though let’s be honest, the grown-ups usually end up having just as much fun too).

Gostou Entertainment and activities both paid and free. Large site with plenty of things to do for young children

Não gostou Lack of signage on the site and many of the staff appeared very badly trained. They were pleasant but often had no idea where things were… eg they didn’t know where activities were happening and it wasn’t clear on the programme. Bar staff told us mini golf was £5 despite previous day it was free. Cleaning staff at shower block mopped out regularly but in response to a blocked washing up sink just said that she couldn’t get the plug out. Eventually one of the visitors prised it out.
Total lack of shade … needs cover or umbrellas in the Venue area

We’re truly sorry that communication wasn’t as smooth as it should have been all of our team members do know what’s on and where, so clearly we dropped the ball here . We’re working on tightening this up so that next time you’ll get clear answers straight away.

We totally agree about the signage we’re already working on providing better signs across the park so it’s easier to find everything without having to ask twice. Shade is also something we’re looking into because we know it makes a huge difference when you want to relax in the sunshine .

Gostou As always we enjoy the entertainment, the pool, the train, skate park. We loved the water park too.

Não gostou There was a lot of rubbish around the park which isn’t your fault but a shame. It would be good if you could build a smaller skate park for younger children

We completely understand your comment about the rubbish and you’ll be pleased to hear we’ve just invested in more bins around the park to help encourage everyone to pop their rubbish away properly. We’ve got so much to do and see here at Billing, and keeping the park looking beautiful is all part of the fun.

And your idea about a smaller skate park for younger children? Love it! We’ll pass that on to the team for future plans.

We’re sorry if it felt a little overwhelming at times, but we think of it as a big adventure waiting to happen. As for cleanliness, our teams work hard every day to keep everything sparkling, though we’ll always take feedback on board to keep raising the bar.

Gostou Great location, lots of facilities within the park itself. Hot showers cleaned regularly aswell.
Good washing up area. Plenty of areas to fill up with water.
Level pitches, lovely and friendly staff. Staff on hand in the evening to help out too. Have booked to stay again already.

Não gostou Would have liked the opportunity to recycle. There are only general waste rubbish bins on the site.

Do gerente: We have absolutely loved having you here with us and yes, we totally agree, our park is just stunning! From the sparkling lakes to the beautiful natural spaces and all the wonderful wildlife that call Billing home, it’s a pretty special place to wake up to every day.

Gostou The cyclone and water entertainment on the Saturday was free and good fun.
We like the greene king pub on the outside of the site was great.

Não gostou We were on the end of the row and people kept using our pitch as a cut through.
Small children all over the place unattended.
The toilet facilities. Old, dated, flooding. Someone/something had left excrement on the men's toilet floor

Clubhouse was expensive

Sorry to hear you were disappointed by people walking through your pitch while we can’t control everyone’s actions, if we’d been notified earlier, we might have been able to assist. Our park is safe and perfect for children and families to relax and keep a watchful eye, especially on the touring pitches where there’s plenty of free space for the little ones to run around and enjoy themselves.

Apologies for the dirty floor in the toilets when it gets busy, sometimes these things slip through, but we’ll make sure our touring team keeps on top of it.
