Negativ Packed in like sardines. Very very busy!
Large groups took over. BBQs, music and drinking went on till 4am every night.

Negativ Tents are pitched for to close and crammed to each other. Toilets and shower block are a brand new building,The cleanimess however was discusting. They need a cleaner who goes in there more than once a day. Food at the restaurant was rank,pizza shop was the worst pizza ive ever had.

Positiv Facilities in main complex were generally clean and maintained better than touring facilities.

Negativ Touring toilet and shower block were disgusting, no toilet roll’s in a lot of cubicles, and definitely not enough for the amount of people staying.
No family bathroom’s or shower facilities making it difficult having young kids.
Very noisy till late at night, quiet time is ment to be after 11 but got quite rowdy at after midnight again.
Open fire’s & bbq’s when there is sign’s everywhere saying not to and after government text alerts.
Over all site very untidy looking with lots of weeds.
Restaurant service was slow for the amount of people in the place.
Check in could be easier if sent straight to touring instead of main reception as you cant check in there and need to go to touring field to check in.

Positiv Toilet and shower block generally clean.

Negativ Very noisy in the evening playing loud music until very late, children running around very late. Children messing about around the toilet and shower block again late at night.

Positiv Loved the fact that the entertainmeat for the kids is on pretty early so they can still get to bed early enough. We stayed in the camping patch and it was perfect! Showers and toilets well maintained also there is a splash park on the coast not far from the holiday park and it's free! Great for the kids we will be back soon.

Negativ The shop is mega expensive. But that's to be expected l. There a co-op that's 6mins drive from the site. Everything else was great.

Negativ Not enough to do for children activity wise
No nearby shops
Only a small pirate ship for children to play on.
Roudy people and people setting BBQ’s, camp fires and fire pits after the government warning. Camping is in the pine forest which is highly flammable and the staff did nothing about it.
The activities you have to pre book even when they are not busy which meant my grandson couldn’t do things. The climbing wall was shut the day before we left then the morning of leaving, staff were there but not willing for us to pay for him to have ago, said they needed 1 hours notice then said come back in 3 hours but yet we had to leave.

Negativ Shower block and toilets. The shower block was disgusting even human poop in one cubicleThe cubicles need a bench to get dressed on not everyone can get dressed standing up, the water only stayed in for less than 10 seconds if lucky (same with the sinks in the toilets) no sinks in the showers to clean your teeth. It’s a shame because they looked lovely and new but not cleaned up. People also had fires going and chav music all night the rules were not enforced. We liked the fact dogs were accepted but not in the family bar with the entertainment so we could not experience this which was a let down as we were looking forward to bingo and quiz and entertainment we feel this was a big let down and disappointment and took the shine of what was a good holiday
