Positiv Park was clean and tidy

Negativ 1. Asked for spacious pitch and didn't receive 1
2. Spoke to sakes team who advised I can't change pitch after booking tgrew pitch up
3. External lighting outside the pod didn't work
4. Internal door lock on pod didn't work
5. Jacuzzi and sauna ongoing maintenance which was not disclosed prior
6. Cound not fit the awning due to where the tap was situated next to pitch
7. Could not park the car next to caravan due to the caravan due to the pitches either side parking on top of us.
8. Struggled to get reversed onto the pitch due to the space
9. Showers were not to standard expected cutting off after 10 seconds
10. Choice on draft in the bar was very limited

Positiv Lovely site with a great location. Friendly staff. We'd definitely stay again.

Negativ Shower facilities were poor. Desperate of an upgrade. Small cubicles with unhygienic shower curtains.

Positiv Park was very tidy and clean loved the area

Negativ The showers were awkward to use as they turn themselves of every few seconds also a fixed head making it very difficult to shower small children
Also the pitches are quite close to the facing pitches making it difficult to get larger vans in the bays

Positiv The gravel pitch is absolutely massive plenty of electric hook ups and water taps, river ran through the park right at the back of our pitch, 3 big really good kids play parks, excellent shop and lovely pub restaurant and pool. 5 minute walk into the village

Negativ The black daddy duck that kept chasing me. The toilet and shower block could do with modernising.

Positiv Simple booking and lovely staff on reception. Well kept grounds, water and electric on pitch.
Wooler is a lovely small town. Shop and pub in walking distance.

Negativ Toilets and showers do need an upgrade. Servicable but tired for the type and price of site.
WiFi was difficult to connect to, reception unable to help, needed to ring customer service who were helpful and did manage to get me connected eventually.

Positiv The location and camping pod.

Negativ Toilet and shower facilities. Three female toilets and showers is far too few for a campsite of this size, considering all the children use the female facilities too. Tried to get into the showers twice one evening and each time, there was a parent with children using them all, each child having a separate shower to themselves. Pitches too tightly crammed in so no privacy and noise. Left within three hours of checking in.

Positiv The pitch 33, reception staff, the trees, proximity of the toilet block, car parking near reception.

Negativ No shelf in showers, no regulation of hot water in the showers, very little room for dressing/ undressing in showers. BUT they were very clean and I thanked the cleaning lady for that. No sign on mens toilets door - I walked in by mistake! Chemical waste point is on a slope and therefore difficult for people with mobility issues to use, but again, it was clean which is the main thing! No sign above sinks indicating dishwashing or laundry. I assumed it was both!

Pub is a short stroll from the site and food was lovely

Started at 7.30 in the morning and still noisy at 9pm
We booked 4 nights but stayed for 2 and found another campsite to move too
Only 3 toilets and 3 showers for the for the whole campsite
Very run down and not well maintained or cleaned
Had to pay for wifi which was rubbish
