Polubione Good value. Very quiet due to being a Monday when the schools are in school. Good pitch location. Water & EHU. Just plug in electric & it works no messing with apps or potential extra charges. Facilities clean & all works. Would be busy in peak season. Handy bar & restaurant

Niepolubione For a 7.5m motorhomes without awning pitch we only just fitted on the pitch with no overhang onto the track.

Polubione Our pitch 57 was a good size & neat, other pitches were smaller & overgrown with weeds, the water points were between these pitches which meant almost walking on other peoples pitches to fill our aquaroll barrels, we also struggled to get pegs in due to the very hard ground.
Some very long caravans were put in small pitches with hitches protruding onto the road.
The toilets were not as bad as others had suggested hovever they are "tired" & in need of some TLC.
The Canny Owl was really good, catering for all ages, food, drink, entertainment even a swimming pool.

Polubione Friendly staff at reception helpful and informative. Spacious pitch, though the electrical point was a bit old and cranky. The grounds are lovely and having the river bank to walk along is nice.

Niepolubione For the amount of money the facilities for touring vans are not good. The toilet block was very clean but the showers were small, you would not be able to shower a child in them or use them safely if you had mobility issues. Granted there is a disabled facility which is locked with a RADAR key , but a stool or bench would help to keep your clothes dry and help you to dress and keep yourself dry. The shower had to be held on constant or the water was cold.

We’re sorry, however, that your meal fell so far short of expectations. The comments regarding the chicken and leek pie, the lack of sauce and the vegetables have been noted, and we will certainly share this with our kitchen team.

We understand that some areas are looking tired and that improvements to the shower facilities, including the curtains and push-button showers, would make a significant difference to the experience. 2. Spoke to sakes team who advised I can't change pitch after booking tgrew pitch up
3. External lighting outside the pod didn't work
4. Internal door lock on pod didn't work
5. Jacuzzi and sauna ongoing maintenance which was not disclosed prior
6. Cound not fit the awning due to where the tap was situated next to pitch
7. Could not park the car next to caravan due to the caravan due to the pitches either side parking on top of us.
8. Struggled to get reversed onto the pitch due to the space
9. Showers were not to standard expected cutting off after 10 seconds
10. Choice on draft in the bar was very limited
