Combine Spanish city and Spanish seaside at Aragon's Camping Ciudad de Zaragoza, only four kilometres from the bar and food culture of the splendid old city of Zaragoza and halfway between both the ports of Santander and Bilbao and the beaches of Costa Brava. Although it's in an eminently central location to everything you could fancy in the Zaragoza province, Ciudad de Zaragoza is a quiet site and set up for those who want to explore the region but have a peaceful base to come tiredly back to of an evening. It has an eminently excellent playground for kids, swimming and paddling pools, a communal barbecue area and a multisports area for Spanish racket game pelota, tennis, football and basketball. Local meals are dished up at the site restaurant, and there's also a café and a shop. The modern amenities include loo blocks with good facilities for disabled visitors, showers, changing rooms, toilets, sinks and washing machines. Camping Ciudad de Zaragoza has free wifi throughout.

Liked Bar area was nice. Pool closed but looked inviting. Reception staff friedly and helpful.

Disliked Showers lacked privacy and cubicles very cramped and plumbing poor, needs fully updating. Pitches bare earth mostly, would have been a mudbath if it rained. Expensive for what it is.

Liked pitches are adequate

Disliked Restaurant is absolutely dire. Very poor selection and minimal portion.
Additional cost of electricity is a rip off. €6+. we were only there a matter of a few hours.
Can't leave site until 8 am. Not good when on a tight schedule.
Showers are a push button to release the water, it stops as soon as you release the button.
