Combine Spanish city and Spanish seaside at Aragon's Camping Ciudad de Zaragoza, only four kilometres from the bar and food culture of the splendid old city of Zaragoza and halfway between both the ports of Santander and Bilbao and the beaches of Costa Brava. Although it's in an eminently central location to everything you could fancy in the Zaragoza province, Ciudad de Zaragoza is a quiet site and set up for those who want to explore the region but have a peaceful base to come tiredly back to of an evening. It has an eminently excellent playground for kids, swimming and paddling pools, a communal barbecue area and a multisports area for Spanish racket game pelota, tennis, football and basketball. Local meals are dished up at the site restaurant, and there's also a café and a shop. The modern amenities include loo blocks with good facilities for disabled visitors, showers, changing rooms, toilets, sinks and washing machines. Camping Ciudad de Zaragoza has free wifi throughout.

Liked Spacious pitch. Clean showers which also provided shower gel. Very good restaurant with lovely menu at reasonable prices.

Disliked Quite difficult to find, found a few GPS Coordinates. But eventually got the correct one!

Liked Große Stellplätze, ausreichende Anzahl an Sanitargebäuden

Disliked Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Es waren mehrere Jugendgruppen anwesend, die Nachts bis ca. 1 Uhr lärmten.
Der Pool war über Tag von Jugendlichen mit lauter Musik besetzt, dadurch durch die Camper nicht nutzbar.
Ebenso laute Musik an der Aussengastronomie durch diese Gruppen, anscheinend wird dieses geduldet.
In der Hausordnung wird allerdings auf leises sprechen hingewiesen.
Wir haben dann mit drei Campern am Wohnmobil gegrillt

Local attractions

Zaragoza is a splendidly scenic and cultural Spanish city, famed in particular for its UNESCO World Heritage Site buildings such as the Basílica del Pilar, La Seo Cathedral and the Aljafería Palace, its food, its folklore and the Fiestas del Pilar, running for nine days every October and dating back to the fifteenth century. Another much-visited option in the city is the site of Expo 2008, now the site of the Luis Buñuel Metropolitan Water Park, with water gardens, river beach, golf course, leisure centres, cable car, wildwater chute for rafting and kayaking, a spa and an adventure park. The very famed moorish castle Aljafería Palace is a short distance from Zaragoza's old city centre, near Zaragoza-Delicias station.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
At least one of the party members must be aged 17 or over.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.
