Liked Excellent site and lovely people. Clean and well maintained. Didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but what we did see is food looked amazing.

Liked This was our second stay at Twin Lakes and not disappointed, the site is relaxed super friendly site with space and lovey restaurant, the owners were very welcoming. Great site for travelling with pets as they were able to walk free around top lake. Decent WiFi at pitch, nice bar that also sells UK beer. if you have a bike the supermarket and local town is about 15 to 20mins ride on back roads. There is a section where people own holiday homes and they are also super friendly and even did a charity raffle while we were there.

Disliked Dislike or niggle was water points had hoses that kept popping off, and the far one was cut off completely so had to use main one that had multiple connections to other units, if changed each point to fixed stand pipes with two taps at each point, it would solve the problem and enable water access to both points. or install more water points?

Liked The site was one of the best that we have stayed at over the last two weeks. The fishing lake was well stocked, the shop had all you needed and the bar facilities and swimming pools were an added bonus. The site residences even arranged entertainment such as football, quizzes and bingo and made you feel truly welcomed.

Liked Relaxed super friendly site with space and lovey restaurant, the owners were very welcoming. great site for doggies as they were able to walk free around top lake. also had decent WiFi at pitch, nice bar that also sells UK beer. if you have a bike the supermarket and local town is about 15 to 20mins ride on back roads.
We enjoyed it that much we booked another stay on our return journey.

Disliked The shop is basic and they do not do fresh bread in the mornings, that said you are only a short bike or car ride away. The shower and toilet blocks could do with more space to hang clothes etc but not a show stopper.

Liked Had the pleasure of staying here twice within the space of a week - beautiful location surrounded by nature, incredibly peaceful in the evenings. Rob and the team are great hosts, going out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. All the facilities were clean, hot water for showers in the morning, food from the restaurant was lovely and the whole vibe of the camp was great!

Disliked Only dislikes were me not having time for some fishing and not getting myself a second steak from the restaurant!
