What customers say
This small, quiet campsite is highly recommended for its cleanliness, friendly and helpful owner, Jan, and beautiful countryside views. Guests praised the spotless facilities, including individual cooking huts, and thoughtful little extras. While some noted the lack of hot water for washing up and the absence of Wi-Fi/phone signal, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Fantastic little campsite with a warm welcome and lovely views.
Non-electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Absolutely lovely small campsite, toilets and showers spotlessly clean. Owner was really welcoming and there was a lovely atmosphere amongst the campers there. Our dog really loved the fully fenced in dog paddock where she could run free and the kids enjoyed the rock painting! We have put it in our list of sites to revisit. 😊

From the manager: Thank you so much for your review, it was a pleasure to have such a lovely family to stay with us.
We look forward to welcoming you back in the future - for more rock painting and fun with the dog!
Many thanks.

From the manager: Thanks very much for your review - I used Google translate and thank you for your kind words
".Fantastic campsite with large plots, beautifully landscaped with so much love and care, flowers everywhere, and even a fresh bouquet in the restroom! It borders a cattle pasture on one side and a paddock with horses on the other – simply wonderful! We would have definitely stayed longer if we hadn't had a dog."
Disliked:" Hiking with a (large) dog is rather problematic due to the many young animals in the pastures; we didn't really dare – but that's not really the campsite's fault…"
I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday in Wales and thank you for staying with us.
If you stay again, I hope your dog can cope with the animals in the surrounding fields and will hopefully enjoy the 1 acre fully secured dog paddock we have just down the road.
Thank you and best wishes

Liked This is a fantastic camping site, best stop we had on our 3 weeks holiday in the UK. The facility is extremely well maintained by it's lovely owner Jan, who pays such attention to every single detail that she makes you feel like this is home.
The location is very calm, and the cleanliness is clinical.
Thanks Jan for welcoming us !

Liked If you’re looking for the perfect little escape, this place truly is it!
We stayed in our camper van on this charming farm campsite, and it couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, Jan welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel right at home nothing was ever too much trouble.
The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by peaceful countryside, with the occasional visit from the friendly horses and their adorable foals—it really adds to the magic. The showers and toilets were plentiful, spotless, and always well looked after, which made things even more comfortable.
Although the site feels beautifully tucked away from the hustle and bustle, the train station is just a pleasant 10-minute stroll, and from there it’s only a short ride into Tenby and beyond if you’d like to explore further.
All in all, we had such a lovely stay here and can’t recommend it enough!

Liked The pitch size and the field. Nice and quiet. Nice warm welcome.
Disliked There is no hot water after going to the toilet to wash hands which I’m not used to and no hot water to wash pots which I have never had at a campsite before and the curry from tea did not come off as no hot water. No data and no internet and wi fi is not offered

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am glad you liked the location and pitches.
Being off grid, other than in our gas showers, the hand basin and washing up area have cold water feed only and we rely on our guests to boil their kettles for hot water for pot washing.
As you rightly say, we do not offer wifi, mobile signal in this rural area varies according to network and can be even less reliable on busy Bank Holiday weekends when so many people stay in our beautiful locality.
I am sorry that you feel you would not return or recommend our site but wish you well for your future holidays on a site which better suits your needs.
