What customers say
This is a quiet, friendly, and well-maintained campsite with spacious pitches and clean facilities, including recently updated shower/toilet blocks. Its excellent location provides easy access to Saundersfoot, Tenby, and Folly Farm, with local amenities within walking distance. Staff, particularly Anna, are consistently praised for their helpfulness and welcoming nature. While some note dated facilities, the overall experience is highly positive, with many visitors returning annually. Fire pits and BBQs are available to hire, and the site is dog-friendly.

A great place to stay
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Friendly reception and a great touring field for camper vans - peaceful, picturesque, quiet and close enough to facilities. Great that EHU is offered but not mandatory.
Clean and simple facilities - everything you need
Disliked Nothing

Great place to stop with shop / takeaway / pub not too far .
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Good communication from the site re late arrival and pitching . Clean facilities . Dog friendl and good value Handy for Saundersfoot and Tenby Only stayed one night but would return .
Disliked Perhaps more hard standing camping places.- most of site seems to be seasonal bookd touring pitches- it was very wet when we were there and we stayed at end of field close to /on the road.

Nice site and attractions in nearby Kilgetty, Saundersfoot & Tenby
Electric grass pitch
Liked It rained quite heavily during the nighttimes were stayed, but despite this, the pitch was not excessively waterlogged or boggy (like I was expecting before opening the tent door). Facilities were kept clean. Enjoyed hearing donkeys and lions from nearby Folly Farm during the night - not something you typically get elsewhere!
Disliked Absence of clear pitch markings made it difficult to know where we were supposed to be. There didn't appear to be a reception to check in / out; on arrival we followed the map we were emailed, which upon reflection was quite clear and obvious but on arriving somewhere new after hours of driving, it would've felt better to be shown to where we should be. Mobile/data signal was very patchy - site WiFi would be a great addition

This trip was our 5th year…
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked This trip was our 5th year at Ryelands and as always it did not disappoint. The toilet/shower block have had a welcome update, plenty of space on the camping field even though we were told the field was at capacity this weekend.
The location is perfect for visits to Folly Farm, Saundersfoot and Tenby.
Anna was hugely welcoming and we paid £10 for a late check out which saved us rushing on Monday morning.
Disliked Nothing!!
