What customers say
This is a quiet, well-maintained campsite praised for its excellent location, close to beautiful beaches with lovely walking areas. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. Pitches are generally good, with spacious tent areas and flat hard standings. Facilities are clean, with showers noted as hot and powerful, though a small charge applies. Some guests mentioned dated toilet blocks and a separate check-in location a few miles away. Limited touring pitches were noted.

Not the best location to get anywhere without disconnecting vehicle.
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Jo was very welcoming at main reception.
Disliked Campsite was noisy
Shower tokens - 3 toilets and 2 showers in the ladies toilet block
Grey waste disposal was nigh on impossible from a motorhome. Very poor location for it and logistics of actually emptying was difficult.
Paying for WiFi and shower tokens when we've paid for pitch was unnecessary.

Excellent site, very sheltered, quiet, clean and peaceful.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Great location only a 20 minute (little legs) walk to the beach. Lovely clean facilities and very attentive wardens. We asked to have a sheltered pitch thank goodness as we had a storm whilst camping (60+) mile an hour winds! The warden gave us the most sheltered spot which was great, beautiful pitch right next to a wooded area with a little stream behind us and wooden bridge. The site was lovely and quiet and ample room between pitches. We will definitely be returning, a beautiful site.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Peaceful. Lots of wildlife. Had whole plot to ourselves so very quiet and relaxing.
Disliked Cold in shower/toilet block. But shower very hot so ok. Early in season so still cold in mornings.
Check in at campsit further away. Didn't realise until after we'd gone to Melin Rhos earlier - so had to drive back.
