Electric optional hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked Nice quiet site with very friendly owner & staff.
Pitches are well spaced and while not perfectly level you do not need multiple blocks to set up.
Lovely farm shop.
Be aware this is a working farm.
Disliked SATNAV.
Travel via Tiverton, satnav may save you a mile driving, but the are a lot of single lane roads around this area.
B3137 is a good road but be aware of the minor roads around the area.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked We had a wonderful stay at this campsite. The pitches are spacious and have electric hook-up, making for a very comfortable stay.
The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The on-site farm shop is well stocked with a wide range of quality gifts and local produce, including fresh raw milk.
There are goats, donkeys, pigs, and cows on the farm, which adds to the lovely countryside atmosphere. We also enjoyed a first-class breakfast at the Hayloft Café.
The location is lovely, and the toilets and showers were very clean. We would definitely recommend this campsite and look forward to returning.

A lovely site, super friendly owners and perfect for peace and quiet.
Electric optional hardstanding and grass pitch
Liked Peace and quiet, the farm shop, cafe/restaurant, lovely fresh produce, and the farm animals.
When you arrive, what you mustn't forget is this is a working farm.
The twice daily highlight for us is the milk run stampede (pardon the pun) being in the lower field.
If you want peace, quiet and tranquility, this is the place for you to visit or stay.
A little off the beaten track, being away from the major connerbations but supported on site by a really well stocked farm shop with great quality produce across all ranges including farm fresh and pastuerised milk daily from the herd.
All the staff are really friendly and approachable, any issues are sorted, they love to please.
The pitches available offer great value for the money, pitch sizes are enormous, 10 x 10 metres is common, but being quiet there is no maximum set for pitches.
The site offers pitches for caravans, tents and motorhomes, pods and lodges.
A very quiet site, with open views over the rolling hills that most will enjoy.
We stopped for 8 nights, and could have stayed longer.
WiFi is only available in the shop and the Hayloft cafe.
For the cost of the pitch, the quietness and vfm, it has to be 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Disliked A bit out of the way, commuting to anywhere is a task.

The website needs rewrite due to misleading information,
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked The cafe was nice and friendly but apart from that absolutely nothing.
Disliked We were told by the family owners that to get to the fishing pond which was advertised on the Website we needed to go under an electric fence and through a large field of cows , when asked about health and safety Policies and concerning the safety of access to the pond the owner then suddenly turned round said the pond was now closed ,they even told us that recently a gentleman with a young boy of 10 yrs carrying fishing gear actually had done the journey with no problems at all. There was no visible notices warning people of safety rules which I would expect even on a working farm. Also it was mentioned that there was a river on the farm as well which we then found that you had cross over a road, down through a field and across two other fields.. even a working farm needs to have standards, to use the Elsan point was only accessable through brambles, and stinging nettles.
