We are an adult-only park with the beautiful Torbay and the South Hams only a few miles from us.

Our pitches are all-weather pitches with electric. We pride ourselves on our spotlessly clean facilities and friendly atmosphere. Many customers come back time and time again.

Our facilities include a restaurant offering lovely home-cooked food, a small shop and a club house.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

All guests spending the night at the campsite must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.
We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds of Staffordshire terrier, pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
Total silence must be respected between 11.30pm and 8am.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra cars must be parked in the designated area.

Additional terms

Changes to your booked holiday will incur an administration fee of £5.

All vehicles must display a valid car pass.

No car washing or repairs.

Dogs are not allowed into any of the park buildings.

Washing/rotary lines are not welcomed but if absolutely necessary if used discreetly they can be used for a short period of time. Strictly no underwear to be on display and the line should be removed immediately after use.

WiFi is available throughout the park. Pre-paid cards are sold at reception and the service is to be used at your own risk.

Visitors are welcome from 10am to 10pm.

In order to comply with planning and health and safety regulations all visitors must register with reception however short their stay. Reception will direct them to an appropriate parking location. We are unable to permit visitors with dogs.

During low season (October and March to mid-May, with the exception of Easter and Bank Holidays), the bar, restaurant and shop will only open when the customer demand is sufficient (to be decided at the discretion of on-site management).
