Liked Great barn space with picnic tables, tea and coffee facilities and nice hot showers.
A friend and I stayed on the last day of the season. The campsite made for a perfect location after a day of open water swimming around Thurlestone and Sour Mill Cove.
Rob was friendly and accommodating, the barn space made for an excellent space to chill and eat after our busy day.
Will definitely recommend and would stay again.
Gorgeous view- close to sea- fab facilities.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Fantastic view from the site and very peaceful. Very quiet at night with great stargazing when the sky is clear. Facilities are basic, but clean tidy. The barn is a great option to shelter in when the weather turns. We will definitely be back and will bring friends with us.
Disliked Not a problem, but if you have a larger vehicle some of the roads in the area are very narrow. There are regular passing spots. One of the showers didn’t work when we were there, but the owner was very responsive.

Liked Beautiful sea views, great location. Very peaceful.
Disliked Site has a slight slope.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Great camping spot on a very well looked after farm. The main camping field is big with a great view down the valley and out to sea. There is plenty of space for pitches/vehicles and it's great for kids to run around play but big enough for people without kids not to be bothered by them too much either.
Compost toilets (x2) are well put together and looked after. The main barn at the bottom of the site is a nice touch, set up with picnic benches (handy if it chucks it down) and fridge/freezers microwave, kettle and washing up sinks (x2)...also has toys/books available.
The showers in the barn (x2) are probably the best camping showers we've ever used! They are massive and have definitely been built with families in mind.
All in all it's a great spot, easy to get to local beaches/coast paths, the site is simple but well thought out and maintained and would definitely recommend.
Disliked Wanted to stay longer.
Great site. Will definitely be back!
