What customers say
This is a friendly, welcoming campsite with lovely views, praised for its peaceful atmosphere and proximity to Looe. Guests enjoyed interacting with the llamas and the on-site cafe offering cakes and coffee. Facilities are basic but clean, including a portaloo and fresh water. While the walk into Looe is downhill, the return journey is steep, though a bus stop is conveniently located nearby. The adjacent fish and chip shop is also a hit. The site is ideal for self-contained visitors and stopovers, with many vowing to return.

Liked This site was perfect. Really friendly owners who made us feel so welcome. The views were lovely and we were walking distance to Looe. We met and fed the llama's and enjoyed cake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

Liked Lovely camp site and nursery. Gorgeous views from our pitch. About 20 to 30 minute walk to Looe downhill. Great host very helpful.
Disliked It stated no shower so we were aware of this but it would have been perfect if there was a shower there.

Lovely small campsite just outside Looe
Non-electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Lovely small campsite just outside Looe - 5 mins drive, or a walk down a steep road. Stayed on a Saturday night in October and we were the only people there! Unfortunately the cafe was shut on the Saturday due to the rainy / windy weather, however we were offered hot drinks if we wanted them. The cafe is also always shut on Sundays and Mondays. There's a large field next to the camping field which we used to exercise the dog. Also saw some llamas in the next field. Has all you need for a one night stop - toilet, water tap, plenty of space and a flat field. Easy access to Looe, where (out of season) we had no problem parking our campervan for a reasonable price. Fish and chip restaurant/ takeaway next door was good, though popular on a Saturday night, so maybe worth booking if you want to sit in.

Liked Arrived early on site and greeted very warmly by the lady at the on site cafe. Allowed to park up/set up van as soon as the host arrived. Quiet site despite being located just off a main room. About 30 minute walk into Looe. Overall everything we wanted and needed for our one night stay👍👍

Will definitely be back, loved it.
Non-electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Let’s just keep this between us! What a lovely place to stay, lovely couple that run the site and nursery. Great views, really peaceful despite close proximity to Looe. Even some llamas roaming about nearby but don’t tell everyone. Bus stop just down the hill 100metres, plus ace fish and chips just uphill.
Disliked My only dislike is that I didn’t get there in time to try the awesome selection of cakes in the cafe. I shall be back though so keep them stocked!
