If you’re all piling in for a family holiday, you can spend days building sandcastles, running around on the beach with the kids and cooling off in the sea. Travelling as a couple? You’ll have spectacular sea views across St Ives Bay and you’re almost guaranteed colourful sunsets as a backdrop for romantic twilight strolls on the sand. And when kicking back and enjoying the views is not quite enough for you (and, let’s face it, the kids will want more), how about crazy golf, tennis or the amusement arcades? You can burn off more energy at the surf school or in the heated indoor swimming pool, and there are play areas scattered around the park to wear the kids out properly. With all this going on, make sure you leave time to unwind for a drink at the terrace bar with superb views over the bay and a menu of small, tapas-style snacks – there’s entertainment in the evenings too. Liked Die Lage ist grandios, kaum zu toppen. Der Strand ist super feinsandig. Vor Ort alles zu haben was man braucht.

Disliked Die Sanitärobjekte sind sehr einfach, könnten auf jeden Fall erneuert werden

Liked Right on the beach

Disliked Toilet blocks and showers outdated. Tables dirty in the bar, menus sticky and dirty in the bar. Tables not cleared in the bar. Not enough hooks in the showers, skink clogged up in the toilets for 2 days and dirty.

Liked The site is great with good facilities and the tent pitches by the beach are perfect! Such a great spot.

Disliked The tent pitches by the beach aren’t really grass. We had a lot of trouble pegging the tent down properly and had to use a multitude of different pegs on each part of the tent due to the ground. Parts were like grass, some was hard sand, some parts were a very soft sand, some areas the ground was rock solid only a couple inches down. So I’d be prepared with different styles of tent pegs depending on the pitch you’re on.

Liked Close proximity to the beach and amenities.
Hot showers and nice sized pitches

Disliked Amenities black could of been cleaner and they blatantly have an issue with drains in the shower side.
