  • Stunningly scenic site in South Downs National Park
  • Worthing, Arundel Castle and sandy beaches within 15 minutes
  • Back-to-basics paradise for ramblers, hikers and bikers
Settle down for your hols at Selden Farm Camping, a family- and dog-friendly site 15 minutes’ drive from the seaside town of Worthing. The site is in the stunningly scenic South Downs National Park, so this is a prime spot for ramblers, adventurers and explorers. The long-distance routes of the South Downs Way and Monarch’s Way can be joined by walkers, hikers and bikers within 10 minutes of base, and there are plenty more strolls – and watersports – along the sandy seafront between Bognor Regis and Brighton, both about half an hour away. Anyone with a hankering for truly back-to-basics camping will feel right at home here: guests camp in an open field under the stars, soaking up the glowing warmth of a campfire outside the tent, sitting back in a comfy camp chair – with a beer or cider in hand – and watching the night sky revolving overhead. Bliss, no? Get further soothed by waking up naturally every morning to the dawn chorus and spend days on site keeping eyes peeled for deer from the neighbouring estate grazing in the field. It’s not too basic either – there’s a handy, well-equipped, clean toilet and shower area for guests’ comfort and convenience. Far from a hard sell…
