What customers say
This is a friendly, well-maintained campsite situated by the River Thames, praised for its spacious pitches and clean facilities. Staff are frequently described as helpful and welcoming. It's popular with families due to the central playground and proximity to attractions. While most visitors enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, some note aircraft noise due to its Heathrow flight path location, and occasional issues with facility cleanliness during peak times. Parking is separate from pitches.

I stayed with my family for a few nights and visited the area. Facilities were good and clean, showers hot and bins etc all clearly labelled to make life easy.
Lots to do in the vicinity so we will definitely be back again to try and see the other parts we didnt get a chance to!

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Generous pitch despite being a solo camper. Stunning location right next to the waterside. Wish I’d brought my impulse buy middle of Lidl kayak. Not too far a walk into chertsey for supplies.
Toilet block clean. Washing room with washing machines and driers available.
Disliked Lots of kids

Good site for Hampton Court. Friendly staff and level pitches.
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Lent us a cable to plug in, because we didn’t have the right plug. We were placed under a tree, which was shady on a really hot day. The site is right next to the River Thames and we walked along there in the evening.
Disliked Lots of rubbish uncollected in the rubbish area. Facilities could do with more frequent cleaning. It’s a bit noisy because of Heathrow airport and there are many lights on all night.

Liked Simple back to basics site. What you see is what you get
Disliked Nothing! People who complain about the planes need to get a grip!! what do you expect 5 miles from the end of the runway.

Would absolutely stay again.
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Decent facilities in a great location next to the river. Very peaceful after 11pm, had a great sleep. Brilliant park next door just outside. Staff were very friendly indeed.
Disliked Took too long to check in after a long drive. Had to wait a long time to be seen by staff who were away from reception. I did actually think reception was shut and staff had finished work.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked The location of this site is fantastic, nestled next to the Thames ideal for a quiet 'stroll'.
Despite a lot of families with children staying on the site, the site rules were well respected and all was quiet by 11pm!!
Disliked There was a distinct shortage of staff when I booked in and this made the process rather slow as the lone staff member had to lock the site office every time they showed a new client to their pitch. Not a great dislike as the weather was nice, may have been different in the rain.
