What customers say
A friendly, well-kept campsite by the Thames, loved for spacious spots & clean facilities. Helpful staff. Great for families with a central playground & nearby attractions. Some mention aircraft noise & occasional peak-time cleanliness issues. Parking is separate.

Good value. Staff friendly and nice
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Simple back to basics site. What you see is what you get
Disliked Nothing! People who complain about the planes need to get a grip!! what do you expect 5 miles from the end of the runway.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked The location of this site is fantastic, nestled next to the Thames ideal for a quiet 'stroll'.
Despite a lot of families with children staying on the site, the site rules were well respected and all was quiet by 11pm!!
Disliked There was a distinct shortage of staff when I booked in and this made the process rather slow as the lone staff member had to lock the site office every time they showed a new client to their pitch. Not a great dislike as the weather was nice, may have been different in the rain.

Good Site, next to the Thames, perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding
Power optional grass campsite
Liked Good Site, next to the river thames, perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding or just a splash around.
Generous size pitches. Friendly Staff, very child friendly lots for them to do (Playground, sandpit, football, volleyball/Badminton nets, pool & table tennis)
I probably would choose this site if I just wanted a quiet weekend away.
Disliked Due to the high number of younger children who are allowed to run around on their own - the toilets could have been cleaner later in the day
They were closed for 2 hours a day for cleaning, but by late afternoon the floors were wet/dirty - other than this it was great!
