Liked The was plenty of mud got caravan stuck nearly burnt out motor mover when eventually got to the pitch I booked it was very muddy the toilets and showers were very clean the disabled toilets were a bit tight to move around in but were useable being disabled myself I had to get the key from the office which was not very well advised the staff was very friendly Kevin was very friendly polite and helpful

Liked Had a fantastic stay, loved the surroundings, great little farm trail which is a new addition, brilliant off lead area for my dogs, we also walked them around the lakes, so picturesque. Food in the cafe was lovely, they serve a great breakfast. All the staff couldn’t do enough, throughly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back.

Disliked total mud pit, the hard standing was a bit of rubble that was mostly under water,
the turn on to the pitch was very tight because the electric boxes were at the front of the pitch, although i have a 4 wheel drive car i still got stuck the road to the pitch looked like was type 1 sub bass with nothing on top our car caravan & all our clothes were covered in mub we went home a day early to try & clean our car & caravan. on top of this we had to download an app to open the gate.

Liked Hard standings - as the weather was grim! Excellent gate security system. Great cafe. Nice location - especially if you like fishing. Super toilet and shower facilities. 16A power. Really easy access from the main road.

Liked The site is fantastic, I was greeted by a really friendly gent in the fishing shop where you check in who couldn’t do enough to assist me.
I live local but went just to test a new setup on my van. I will be going back, the facilities are spotless and look brand new, lots of fresh water points and the cafe onsite done a fantastic breakfast just as the chap promised me the day before. The walks around the lakes were also very welcomed. A very local but wonderful trip. Thank you

Liked We all loved our stay so much that we've already booked up again. It's a lovely welcoming site with great facilities, very clean wash rooms and even an onsite library, which was a charming touch. Kevin was very helpful and informative and we can't wait to enjoy our next visit. PS the coffee is great in the cafe and food outstanding. Terry Fran and family.

Shower Block was clean and warm.
Fishing Lakes are very scenic.
On site cafe served a good breakfast.
Disliked Hardstanding pitches are small, 7m single axle caravan extended on to the grass area.
