What customers say
This adults-only campsite is highly praised for its exceptional cleanliness, particularly the spotless toilet and shower facilities, which many describe as the best they have encountered. Pitches are consistently noted as spacious, level, and well-maintained. The site offers a peaceful and secure environment with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from the owners. A popular feature is the secure off-lead dog exercise field. Minor points raised include the occasional train noise and patchy mobile signal; one reviewer mentioned difficulty regulating shower temperature and another an issue with pitch size upon arrival, which the manager addressed.

Peaceful site, friendliest staff, clean facilities, fab pitches
Electric grass pitch
Liked The driveway in.. stunning. The separate off lead dog walk section. The bathroom facilities lovely & clean.. with radio on. Friendly, peaceful, flat pitches spacious with metal sheets for bbqs & fires to protect the grass.
Even accommodated when we asked last minute to add an extra nights stay when we arrived.
Disliked Nothing.

Disliked Nothing really if I had to pick anything as a negative then WiFi but this is stated when booking so they are upfront and we just brought a tipi link which worked really well.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely quiet, beautiful site. Loved the clean modern bathrooms. Great showers, plenty hot water and place to put your stuff. Piped music gave it a calming feeling. Secure entry.
Disliked Not the campsites fault but the roads leading to it were awful, single lanes so difficult with a caravan. I think maybe the sat nav led us the wrong way?
No wi fi. But can do without for a couple of days.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Nice clean quite site. Decent pitches. Bbq base board with each pitch.
Disliked There were a few midges about when we went. This may not be an issue at other times but come prepared with some repellent.

Great stay, amazing facilities.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Amazing facilities, spotlessly clean, and never busy. 3x toilet + 3x shower cubicles. Hot showers and plenty of room for changing afterwards without hopping around on wet floor. Easy access and lovely location. Can imagine pitches would be a bit small for families or larger tents/ caravans but was perfect for us 2 adults, 5 man tent. To note, you need either £10 cash deposit or DL to secure a gate fob for re-entry. Beautiful site, think we will be returning!
Disliked A couple of yappy dogs either side, but not really to be helped! Trainline must be close by as you notice it late at night and early in the morning. 4G connection can be patchy but not awful!
