Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked This is as close as you can get to wild camping in kent. What a lovely field. Fairly flat, lots of space , nice little river flowing through it. Two villages with pubs 15 min walk away. They let you have a fire pit.

Liked Perfect back-to-basics field next to a lovely river. Helen very kindly shuttled us to and from the train station will all our gear which was greatly appreciated in the hot weather and was super lovely to us in general. Campsite was beautiful and clean, toilets were in fantastic condition, firewood was plenty for a long night by the firepit and the nearby pub The Little Brown Jug is a lovely spot to visit for the afternoon with a great beer garden and fantastic food. Couldn’t recommend River Field enough.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Beautiful sky at night, really peaceful in the mornings - I could only hear the birds chirping. I even saw a barn owl! The hosts checked up to make sure I was okay which was sweet. Also the local pub has a great vibe

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked I stayed for one night and had a really lovely stay. The campsite is in a beautiful setting with plenty of space to relax, and it was a real treat to be able to walk to the village pub for dinner. One of the highlights was the incredible night sky, the stars were amazing once it got dark. The toilet facilities were clean and well maintained, and the whole site had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet countryside getaway.
