What customers say
This campsite is praised for its spacious, clean pitches and excellent facilities, including a communal kitchen. Owners Alan and Kim are consistently described as exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making guests feel welcome. The unique atmosphere, enhanced by the roars from the nearby big cat sanctuary and views of aircraft from Headcorn Aerodrome, is a highlight for many. While occasional noise from the adjacent train line and road is noted, most guests find it manageable. The site is particularly recommended for families and dog owners.

Had everthing you needed
It was truely amazing to hear the lions roaring in evening and through the night. Felt luke i was on safari in Africa.
Disliked I feel its unfair to give bad feedback as its out of the owners control. The site runs alongside a train track. Electric passenger trains were running twice an hr and finished about 1am then the diesel trains were running until electric trains took over again about 5.30am. I had very little sleep. When trains went by it set up loads if dogs barking which i assume was from a nearby kennels.

Liked Wow! What a fantastic find. Everything we could have wished for and more when camping with a new born baby! Facilities were amazing and Alan and Kim were so catering!
Fantastic stay in a bell tent, including use of a bbq and fire pit. Our eldest child liked it so much he has requested to spend his birthday there rather than having a party! Thank you for such a fantastic stay, we will be back!

Lovely site, great pitches, spotless facilities and amazing hosts!
Electric optional grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked This was our second stay at Go Glamp, and we will definitely be returning. We had another lovely stay and continue to be impressed by the site and the team.
The pitch was huge, with plenty of space around us, so it never felt crowded or cramped. We were lucky enough to be right next to Tony the Pony’s pen, which was a lovely little extra and added to the character of the site.
The toilet and shower facilities were clean, tidy and well maintained, and we never had to wait to use them. There is a lovely communal area under a canopy providing welcome shade, with comfortable seating, as well as tables and picnic benches outside for enjoying the sunshine. There is also a tea hut, although it wasn’t open during our stay.
The biggest highlight for us was how helpful and welcoming Alan and the team were. On the morning we were due to leave, we were completely packed up and ready to go when the car decided it didn’t want to start! Nothing was too much trouble for Alan. He always made the effort to call me by name and took the time to get to know who was who during our stay. He tried to help get the car going himself, and even called over his gardener to help with a battery boost. When that didn’t work, we had to call the AA, but there was absolutely no issue with us staying beyond the 12:00 checkout time while we sorted everything out. Alan and everyone involved could not have been more accommodating.
The site itself is lovely, level ground, well kept, and you can really see that the team are always looking for ways to improve and add little upgrades to make the experience even better. One of our favourite moments was hearing the big cats roaring from across the railway at the sanctuary, such a unique and memorable sound!
A fantastic site with a friendly, helpful team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and would highly recommend Go Glamp. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
Disliked Having to leave.

Electric optional grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Spacious pitch, lovely that the centre was kept clear for children to meet up and play together.
The site is really well run, the owners take a lot of care in ensuring their guests have a good experience.
Having fridges and an ice machine available and a covered seating area was much appreciated in the heat!
Excellent location, we went to the Big Cat Sanctuary and Leeds Castle during our stay. We enjoyed hearing the lions roaring from the campsite and any sound from the road or train-line didn't negatively impact our experience - we expected it for our chosen location. Our son enjoyed seeing the trains come past, this all just added to the vibe for this site.
