Liked Location - beautiful forest just next to the pitch, beach 5 minutes drive, lovely pub 5 minutes drive as well.
Facilities were clean. Loads of space.
Yes it is hilly, but due to this campers are not on top of each other.

Liked Beautiful fairly quiet campsite, not too big so you can keep track of your kids. Kids loved the climbing tree. Close to camber sands beach.

Liked Beautiful surroundings and ancient woods for a walk. Very clean and tidy in the lodges. Comfortable furniture. Very quiet and no dogs which was great. We loved the lodges and the view. Owner was friendly and helpful on the phone. Left alone to be at peace. Which was great and perfect.

Disliked Some of the cooking pans need to be replaced. Very old and damaged. The fridge in the lodge was leaking and did not shut properly.

A few more play activities for small children would be great. A slide or other equipment. Broken swing was disappointing.

Phone number on my email was incorrect but managed to communicate. I would send messages directly to phone messages as well as whats app.

We also really appreciate you highlighting the areas where we need to improve. We’re sorry about the condition of some of the cooking pans and the issue with the fridge door in Elsa — that’s not the standard we expect, and we’ll be replacing and repairing those immediately. Your comments about safety are taken seriously and will be addressed straight away.

Thank you as well for the feedback on children’s play equipment. We are actively looking at ways to improve this area, and your suggestions are really helpful in shaping what we add next.

Liked Perfect location, good space, nice camping for families.

Disliked too hot water in the shower, really difficult to have a shower for my little ones, all fire pits occupied and there was no one to ask for more

We’re also sorry that all the fire pits were in use during your stay. We do try to ensure there are enough available and that guests can request additional ones if needed, so it’s disappointing to hear there wasn’t anyone available to help on the day. Disliked No enough showers and toalet, very noisy at weekends. So if you need peace like we are,don't go in weekends time.
