Hawes Villa campsite is situated within the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The campsite Boarders Gait Barrows National Nature Reserve and is approximately 1 mile from Leighton Moss RSPB Centre. Hawes Villa campsite provides a tranquil retreat situated in the beautiful countryside. It is a haven for nature lovers and birdwatchers. For those who love the outdoors, walking, cycling and rock climbing are ‘on the doorstep’. The site is only half-an-hour’s drive from both the Lake District and the Yorkshire . The site is surrounded by reed beds and willow trees and is adjacent to Hawes Water, the largest natural lake in Lancashire. The site is level and all pitches are hard-standing. Hawes Villa is a working farm with a herd of rare breed pigs, free range poultry and horses.

Turn right at the roundabout at the end of the slip road onto the A6 towards Milnthorpe and Kendal. After approximately 2 miles turn left (5th left-hand turn) onto Nineteen Acre Lane and signposted Silverdale and Yealand Redmayne. At the T junction, turn right (Silverdale). After 1.5 miles turn right at the T junction past Silverdale Railway station on your right. After 0.5 miles turn right onto Moss Lane. Drive 0.5 miles down Moss Lane. Hawes Villa is on the left. Look for farm buildings.
