What customers say
This is a family-friendly, quiet campsite with a relaxed atmosphere. Visitors praised the friendly and helpful owner, Rick, and the excellent communication. The location is well-regarded, with a good local pub a short walk away and scenic views. Facilities are described as basic but generally clean, with ongoing improvements noted. Some guests mentioned that while good value, the toilet and shower facilities could be improved and are unisex, which wasn't ideal for everyone.

A beautiful campsite with great facilities
Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Everything! The campsite is beautiful and well laid out, the pitches are well thought out, although the signposts denoting each pitch are a little small so can be hard to spot from the car.
The facilities are brilliant, rustic but really good! Clean and well maintained/stocked.
We had a water tap at the side of our pitch which was a god send as it was so hot we were refilling our water bottles a lot!
We had the best time! Thank you to Rick
And the cows are adorable 🥰
Disliked Nothing!
Although I would like to remind other campers that shining your car headlights into other people’s tents/faces after dark is really thoughtless and rude! Same goes for wandering round with torches - keep them pointing down please!!!

Perfect family site, great communication and big pitches.
Electric optional grass campervan pitch (small)
Liked Easy booking for a rooftop tent as already shown as accepted on the booking page.
Pitched in D field with ehu and pitches were big and marked out easily. Communication with Rick was brilliant from booking up until the date of arrival.
Shower facilities were good, hot and available. Despite visiting on August bank holiday both me and my husband managed to shower without queuing both mornings. The toilets were also easily available.
Disliked Nothing!
