What customers say
A chill, family vibe with helpful staff. Spacious spots, dog-friendly, decent grub. Facilities are basic but getting better. Some found loos a bit grubby, but upgrades are happening. Easy access to everything.

Loved the site! Great vibe, would definitely return!
Power optional grass campervan site (small)
Liked The atmosphere on this site was lovely! Just super chill, family-friendly, staff were visible and friendly, and there was a lovely central spot where you can grab food and drink.
Disliked Unfortunately, the public footpath isn’t safe to walk through with a bull on the field. I got stuck behind a very flimsy boundary with it sniffing at my feet, which was quite frightening. There are warning signs, but I was told we could cross through, however, it’s definitely not worth the wander.

Great campsite for an enjoyable bank holiday weekend stay
Power optional grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked The campsite was great for our short break. It had lots of space and room to spread out. The campsite was next to some cows which was a hit with our child. The toilet and shower facilities were small but not crowded.

Staff were amazing so helpful and friendly will definitely come again
Power optional grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Reasonable prices for drinks and food enjoying a campfire
Disliked Toilet block was some distance from our pitch in a different location. It would greatly improve the site if there were toilet facilities in each field

Good vibes, friendly & value for money campsite
Power optional grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Friendly owner, friendly campers, lovely grounds, canal etc local and in walking distance. Bar & breakfast facilities available (unsure operating times / days) shower and toilets, washing up facilities with hot water. Logs & fire pit available to buy & rent. Looked like citronella candle holders also available? Basketball / football court for kids. Both EHU and non EHU available, gravel and grass. Dog friendly (on leads at all times).
The lovely owner checked on us after set up and again in the morning, first time using a campsite and a nice, personal touch.
Also liked the bar / snack area playing music, good vibes.
Disliked Nothing against the campsite but nearly didn’t book with the old toilet pics on pitchup - looks like they’ve had a big renovation compared to what’s showing on there
